Ben Thomas is a Senior Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher.  His primary teacher was BKS Iyengar, a world renowned yogi for whom he began his studies with in 1979, and traveled to India to study with on numerous occasions. 

 

I began my studies of yoga with Ben Thomas in 1996, and am very grateful for his loving, and insightful guidance in the practice of yoga, and a life well lived.
