In Person Private Sessions
I'm currently living in the SF Bay Area. All of the wellness services that I offer online via virtual sessions can also be offered 'In Person' at a slightly higher rate. For anyone living in the South Bay Area looking to set up any in person private sessions with me, please feel free to reach out and contact me, or schedule a free 30 minute fitness / wellness consultation with me via Zoom. This will help to get more clear on your areas of interest, any injuries or personal challenges you might be working with, as well as your personal fitness / wellness goals and aspirations moving forward.
Each in person session will last one hour, and we can correspond by email in regard to the specific dates and times that work best for you. ​For any individuals who have already corresponded with me in regard to 'In Person Sessions' (not online sessions) and are ready to pay, please use the pay button below to pay via debit or credit card.
