Terms & Conditions

1. General

By purchasing any online fitness / wellness classes, class packages, or courses from Qi Garden Wellness, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms may be updated periodically, so please review them regularly. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of those changes.

 

2. Payments and Pricing

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. Qi Garden Wellness reserves the right to change pricing for classes and packages at any time. All prices are listed in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

 

3. Class Reservations and Cancellations

- Class bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time to receive a full refund or class credit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time will not be refunded.

- Qi Garden Wellness reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes. In such cases, you will be notified as soon as possible, and your booking will be transferred to the rescheduled class or refunded upon request.

 

4. Class Packages

- Class packages are valid for the specified time period (6 or 12 months) stated on the class package from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise.

- Unused classes within a package will expire after the validity period, and no refunds or extensions will be provided.

- Class packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.

 

5. Liability Waiver

By participating in any Qi Garden Wellness class, you acknowledge and agree that:

- You are participating voluntarily and assume all risks related to your participation.

- Qi Garden Wellness, its instructors, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in the classes.

- It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in good health and have consulted with a healthcare provider if necessary before participating in any class.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided during the classes, including but not limited to videos, documents, and other materials, is the property of Qi Garden Wellness. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of the content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

 

7. Privacy Policy

Qi Garden Wellness respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

 

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by United States law.  Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
