Breathwork
​
Intentional breathing techniques that regulate the nervous system, calm the mind, and energize the body. Breathwork can help release tension, build vitality, and open pathways to deeper states of awareness.

Calisthenics
​
Bodyweight exercises that strengthen and condition the body using natural movement patterns. Calisthenics build functional fitness, endurance, and strength, without the need for heavy equipment.

​
Chen Taiji (Tai Chi)
​
The original style of Taiji, Chen Taiji is both a martial art system, as well as a path of wellness and self-mastery. It's a dynamic practice combining slow, circular, and spiraling movements with occasional bursts of explosive power, to cultivate balance, strength, and energy circulation.

Chen Taiji 48 Form
​
Developed by Master Feng Zhiqiang. The 48 Form combines the essence of traditional Chen Taiji with qigong, and Xinyi principles, creating a routine that develops both martial skill, as well as nurturing one's health, balance, and inner strength.

Chen Taiji Laojia Yilu Form
​
Laojia Yilu, or the “Old Frame First Routine,” is the foundational form of Chen Taiji. It emphasizes rooted stances, and spiraling energy, building both internal and external strength, and forming the basis for all deeper Taiji practice.

Chen Taiji Silk Reeling Exercises
​
Silk Reeling Exercises form the foundation of Chen Taiji, teaching how to loosen the joints, clear tension, and build integrated power. The exercises train the body to move in smooth, spiraling patterns that enhance joint mobility, coordination, and the flow of qi throughout the body.

HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)
​
A training method that alternates short bursts of intense effort with brief recovery periods. HIIT builds cardiovascular fitness, strength, endurance, and metabolic health in minimal time.

Hunyuan Qigong
​
Hunyuan Qigong is a system of qigong utilizing a variety of slow circular movements, with coordinated breathing, and intention to gather and circulate qi through the body. It builds vitality, clears tension, and helps to integrate the body, mind, and spirit.

Internal Alchemy
​
Internal alchemy is a system of inner cultivation that harmonizes the three treasures - jing (essence), qi (energy), and shen (spirit). The practice utilizes breath, intention, and awareness to purify the body, awaken inner energy, and quiet the mind.

Mobility Exercises
​
Mobility exercises improve the range of motion in the joints, using strength and flexibility together to help the body to move freely and efficiently. Mobility training helps reduce stiffness, prevent injury, and support everyday performance and athletic ability.

Qigong
​
Qigong is a practice of working with and managing ones life energy in a skillful way. Though there are a variety of kinds of qigong, in general it utilizes gentle movements, breathwork, and intention to circulate, gather, and integrate qi (life energy). It helps to restore vitality, reduces stress, and promote overall well-being.​

Restorative Yoga
​
A gentle form of yoga using props and longer held poses to invite deep rest. The practice allows muscles to release through gentle and supported stretches, the mind to quiet, and the nervous system to deeply relax.

Seated Meditation
​
By sitting in a comfortable and upright posture and observing the breath, seated meditation helps to quiet the mind, and calm the nervous system, resting ones attention in the present moment awareness that is here.

'Slow Flow' Vinyasa Yoga
​
A slower paced type of Vinyasa Yoga, with attention to building strength and flexibility in the body, as well as having mindfulness of movement.​​

Vinyasa Yoga
​
A dynamic form of yoga linking breath with flowing movement sequences, from one pose to the next. Vinyasa yoga builds strength, stamina, and flexibility, while also having mindfulness of movement.​

​
Wuji Qigong
​
A standing meditation practice emphasizing stillness, natural posture, and quiet awareness. Wuji Qigong resets the body, balances energy, and serves as a foundation for other qigong and taiji practices.

​
Yin Yoga
​
A more inward focused style of yoga with longer held passive stretches targeting the connective tissues and joints in the body. Yin Yoga is a natural compliment to Vinyasa Yoga, which would be considered a more 'yang' style yoga practice, which focuses more on strength, endurance, and active stretching of the muscles.
