​Since 2002, I have been working with a variety of Bay Area Companies, Fitness / Wellness Facilities, and Yoga Studios, where I have led classes, workshops, and courses in Yoga, Taiji (Tai Chi), Qigong, fitness, meditation, breathwork, and movement exploration.  I have also worked with many private clients one on one, offering these same services in some form or capacity.  I offer the pre-designed services and programs listed below which provide a structured yet adaptable program, designed to meet the unique needs and interests of each person, company, and/or group that I am working with.
